We are Chartered Certified Accountants, business and
financial advisers as well as Registered Auditors under the
UK Companies Acts and offer company and personal tax
services in the UK and Europe including US citizens resident
in the European Union. We set up businesses, companies and
bank accounts, advice on import and export trade activities
with the UK and Europe including arranging finance and
letters of credit. We offer financial and tax defence
strategies for businesses and private clients as well as
carry out fraud investigations and financial forensic work.
We also assist small and medium sized businesses with all
aspects of accounting systems. We are members of the Sage
Accountants club and our in house expertise, backed up by

The Partners and Staff
SWCMS is staffed by qualified accountants and the practice
is headed by Solomon Williams who also holds an MBA from Cranfield Business School.
 Solomon
is the founder and Managing Director of SWCMS.
He started his career at Standard Chartered Bank
in Sierra Leone before moving into accountancy
where he worked with a big four firm as well as
other specialised chartered accountancy practices
in London and Hertfordshire.
After
gaining his Chartered Certified Accountancy qualifications,
he went on to complete a Masters in Business Administration
at Cranfield University Business School followed by a spell
with the Volkswagen Group working on financial projects.
Solomon also taught at the University of Warwick graduate
programmes and for a number of years was a consultant to the
Warwickshire Enterprise Agency.
He moved back into practice
in 1991 and specialised in personal taxes, setting up one of
the UK’s first freelance composite companies. As head of
SWCMS, he has overseen the company’s growth into a practice
focusing on taxation and business services for international
and cross border operations for both the individual and the
company.
